OPRA Request Just Submitted Regarding Gary Paparozzi's Payments to Conduct "Tax Map Upgrades" that Were Supposed to Have Completed by 2023.

A copy of all invoices submitted by “Paparozzi Associates” (Gary Paparozzi) for Tax Map upgrades during the Calendar Years 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026.

A copy of the contract between the Borough of Lodi and “Paparozzi Associates” to conduct a Tax Map Upgrade.

A copy of the Resolution in which “Paparozzi Associates” was hired to conduct Tax Map Upgrades.

A copy of any advertisement or request for proposals posted by the Borough of Lodi seeking vendors to conduct a Tax Map Upgrade.

A copy of Gary Paparozzi’s resume on file at the time he was hired to conduct Tax Map upgrades showing that he was a qualified vendor and had prior experience in conducting Tax Map upgrades.

A copy of any emergency ordinances adopted by the Lodi mayor and council to pay for the Tax Map upgrades.

In Addition to Gary Paparozzi's NO SHOW Job on Payroll, and Monthly Billing as "Planner", the Mayor and Council Just Gave Paparozzi $40,000 More for "Lodi Tax Map"...

If you haven’t realized yet, Paparozzi is a fraudster.  The Mayor and Council have never been able to justify his different pay arrangements or made-up titles. They can't provide any records for his salaried position.

The Lodi Mayor and Council increased municipal taxes this year by 15.65%. Gary Paparozzi funds their political campaigns with our tax dollars.

Nancy Cardone voted for a big School Tax increase this week.  Is Gary Paparozzi also funding her political campaign with our tax dollars?  She did just vote to hire Paparozzi’s son a few months ago.

Nancy Cardone should disclose if her campaign is being funded with stolen Lodi tax dollars.

As Lodi property taxes are skyrocketing, Nancy Cardone should comment on the controversy surrounding Gary Paparozzi’s illegal pay arrangements funded by an unbelievable amount of our tax Lodi tax dollars.

Sharon Salvacion Should Explain a Regular Workday with Her Co-Worker Gary Paparozzi...

Sharon should tell us what time Gary Paparozzi shows up to the office and what type of work he would normally do on a regular workday.  What are their daily interactions?

Sharon should also explain what responsibility she would have if she knew someone in her department was being paid for a no-show job.  Would she be required or obligated to report it? 

Marc Schrieks Told the Bergen County Tax Administrator in 2022 That They Expected the Tax Maps to Be Completed in the Calendar Year 2023. Lodi is Still Making Payments to “Paparozzi Associates” for Tax Maps in the Year 2026. Maybe Lodi Should Have Hired a Legitimate "Vendor".

This is the letter from Marc Schrieks dated September 20, 2022.  Marc Schrieks said they would adopt an “emergency ordinance” to pay Paparozzi which means they didn’t budget for the expense.

This is “Paparozzi Associates” on the March 2026 bills with a description “PRIOR YEAR BILLS”.

This Resolution from April 26, 2023 aged really well. 

This Resolution has directly led to record low voter participation in Lodi Board of Education Elections. 

Nancy Cardone knowingly and deliberately lied with her Resolution for the sole purpose to maintain power so she can continue to add even more family members to the BOE and Borough payroll (as you will soon see).

It's one thing to lie on campaign mailers. It's another to lie on Board Resolutions. The Board Attorney and Business Administrator should be held accountable for their participation in presenting Nancy Cardone's fraud on the Resolution posted above. It was a very costly lie.

The Lodi Taxpayers should not be paying tens of thousands of dollars more each year just so nobody will vote and Nancy Cardone can hire more relatives.

The Lodi Taxpayers should not be paying a dishonest Board Attorney and Business Administrator to draw up Resolutions that list the exact opposite outcome of what is intended.

Nancy Cardone’s Lies About Moving our BOE Elections are Worse than You Thought. (Post Date: March 20, 2024)

Nancy Cardone took tens of thousands of your tax dollars that were earmarked for “education” to move our BOE Elections from November to April.  She did this shortly after her two running mates were defeated.  That showed clear motive.  It was 100% politically motivated. It was all about Nancy’s thirst to retain power at any expense.

Nancy Cardone used dishonest hack, Matthew Giacobbe, to draw up a Resolution stating that the move was for “purposes of achieving greater efficiency in voter turnout.”  An article by Kristi Cattafi and Megan Burrow quickly debunked that claim.  Link to article below:

Here are two more items to add to the list of Nancy Cardone lies:

Lie:  Nancy Cardone said she was moving the Election to let people vote on the School Budget.

Truth:  The Lodi voters will NOT be voting on the school budget.

Lie:  Nancy Cardone and Matthew Giacobbe spoke of efficiency in voter turnout.

Truth:  Nancy Cardone cut our Election Day voting hours from 6 AM- 8 PM to 2 PM- 8 PM.  She cut our voting day from 14 hours to 6 hours.  Nancy Cardone took away our opportunity and access to County run Early Voting Sites.  I had been voting in Garfield on a Sunday for the last few Lodi BOE Elections held in November.  Nancy Cardone removed that option.

Nancy Cardone and her five board puppets took our tax money to limit our access to vote.   They are using our tax dollars to work against us.

The Lodi Board of Education did not budget for an additional Election.  That means Nancy Cardone took money that should have been going into the classrooms to pursue her desire for power and control.

That is NOT someone that cares about students.  That is someone consumed with herself.

The only recourse for the Lodi taxpayers that were deceived and defrauded by Nancy Cardone and Matthew Giacobbe is to make sure you vote in this Board race and make sure you soundly reject Nancy Cardone’s newest hand puppets.

You must elect people that properly use public funds for education and not for corrupting our Elections with voter suppression.
