New Report Released Today by the Sunlight Policy Center of New Jersey Shows How the NJEA is Even Too Extreme for Liberal New Jersey (by a lot)...

Bob Menendez Takes Gold Bars and Stacks of Cash in Return for Political Favors. Joe Lagana Takes Paid Borgata Trips, Expensive Meals, and Public Contracts in Return for Political Favors. Are The Two that Far Apart?
Total hypocrites. Lagana's ELEC reports show clear evidence of public corruption. Lobbyists and special interest groups are paying for all of his meals, trips, etc. in return for political favors. Lagana also uses his campaign account to purchase public contracts for the firm "Cleary Giacobbe..." in which he is listed as a "Partner".
Former Lodi BOE Employee, Lisa Cody, Was Denied “Accidental Disability” Retirement Benefits by the State. Nancy Cardone Had Serious Conflicts of Interest When She Approved a Separation Agreement Which Stated Her BOE Would Assist Lisa Cody With Her Application to CPAF.
Link to order posted earlier this year:
njlaw.rutgers.edu/collections/oal/html/initial/typ09797-21_1.html
Nancy Cardone Voted “Yes” to approve Lisa Cody’s Separation Agreement.
This was included in the Separation Agreement:
Nancy Cardone’s Board Attorney, Matthew Giacobbe, used illegal redactions and this illegal Confidentiality clause:
Nancy
Cardone’s Blatant Conflicts of Interest
Nancy Cardone’s son, Michael Cardone, was Lisa Cody’s principal at Roosevelt School.
Nancy Cardone’s son, Michael Cardone, was listed as a one of three witnesses FOR RESPONDENT.
Nancy Cardone approved a separation agreement stating: "The Board shall not contest and when possible, assist Cody's disability retirement application..."
Lisa Cody’s listed address had Nancy Cardone’s political signs on her lawn during that time period.
Lisa Cody’s father-in-law, Daniel Cody, would huddle with Nancy Cardone at the back of Board meetings.
Daniel Cardone and Nancy Cardone were long time coworkers at Lodi High School.
Nancy Cardone’s unethical behavior is outrageous and should never be tolerated by the residents of Lodi.
What type of Board Attorney would advise that Nancy Cardone be allowed to vote on Lisa Cody’s separation agreement? What type of Board Attorney would illegally redact and conceal public records?
Past post on this separation agreement:
After Reading Assemblyperson Lisa Swain's Campaign Page, I Don't Think She is Aware that October is "Respect Life Month". So, I Submitted an Email to Her Office.
Email posted below:
Hi Assemblywoman Swain. As a resident and voter of the 38th legislative district, I would like to know if you will be holding any community events to honor "Respect Life Month" which is celebrated in October. Linked below is more information on the subject:

An Ex-fire Commissioner was Found Guilty of Ethics Violations and Fined. Unlike Tony Luna and Charles Cuccia, His Name Made the Papers and He Paid His Fine.
Link to nj.com article:
Ex-fire
commissioner for N.J. town fined for payments to son’s company - nj.com
This public official’s violations and fine were
reported by nj.com. Nj.com reported: “Deegan
paid the fine by personal check on Aug. 23, state records indicate.”
Tony Luna and Charles Cuccia were both
found guilty of ethics violations in 2018 and fined. Neither of them had their story or name published
by any newspaper or news site other than this blog. Five years after the fines were issued, the State
indicated that neither were paid.
The Lodi Mayor and Council have misappropriated tens
of thousands of Lodi tax dollars to appeal the fines of Tony Luna and Charles
Cuccia. There are no records showing that
Tony Luna or Charles Cuccia reimbursed the Lodi taxpayers for those expenses.
There has not been any decision posted for those
appeals. It is unfathomable that anyone would file an appeal for such blatant
and serious violations.

Donald Trump Failed Miserably with Fauci, Lockdowns, and Operation Warp Speed. Unfortunately, He Won't Apologize.
Fauci and others running our federal government funded the creation of the virus. They fought to withhold effective and affordable treatment from the sick. They killed people with toxic drugs like remdesivir. They incentivized ventilators for all as hospital staff were reporting that they weren't trained how to properly use them.
Fauci and others running our federal government destroyed businesses and lives. They took away our constitutional rights. They used COVID to rig an Election.
Donald Trump's Vice President Mike Pence and his Son-in-Law Jared Kushner propped up Fauci and worked with him hand-in-hand. Donald Trump stood on stage with Fauci throughout, lending him credibility. Donald Trump gave this Presidential Commendation right before leaving office:
Donald Trump rushed "Operation Warp Speed". The vaccines turned out to be neither safe nor effective. Countless people have been killed and seriously injured by the vaccines. The vaccines brought in billions for the pharmaceutical companies and that money was kicked back to the politicians in government from both parties that were pushing and funding them with our tax dollars. That dirty vaccine money bought off most news outlets with advertisement revenue to prevent any air coverage. Even stations like Newsmax.
Donald Trump made serious mistakes. He should admit that he was wrong. He should apologize. He should explain what he has learned from those mistakes. He should release a plan detailing how nothing like this will never be allowed to take place again.
With that said, Trump is so much better than Biden and the indictments against Trump are all bs. You can't compare Trump to Biden. Biden is walking around with dementia as he turns our nation communist while securing tens of millions in foreign bribes for himself and his family.

Yesterday, the New York Post Wrote About Policy 5756. I Alerted Lodi About Policy 5756 in 2019 and the Board Stopped it At the Time.

Doug Petty and Matthew Giacobbe tried to have the
Board approve Policy 5756 in 2019 without any Board discussion or public
discussion.
I alerted other Board members and the community what
was taking place with this blog post:
This policy was never approved while I was on the Board despite the dishonest efforts of Strauss Esmay and the Giacobbe firm.
Once Again, Strauss Esmay Has Been Caught Misleading Boards of Education to Pass Absurd and Dangerous Policies that Aren't Even Mandatory. Why is the Lodi Board of Education Still Using and Paying Strauss Esmay?
Link to story from the New York Post:
Matthew Giacobbe basically has Strauss Esmay write policies for him in which he presents to Board Members as his own.
Matthew Giacobbe misleads Board Members to pass radical woke policies and then bills taxpayers excessively to challenge those very same policies.

NJEA Dues Are Up. NJEA Membership is Down. The NJEA Works Really Hard to Hide its Financial Records from its Own Members.
Link to two recent posts by the Sunlight Policy Center of New Jersey:
SPCNJ is very transparent and helpful and provided me
with the following information this afternoon:
“Overall dues revenues ($124 million in 2021-22) come
from three sources: teachers’ dues (87%), education support personnel
(non-teaching staff) dues (11%) and retiree dues (2%). It does not include $12
million of PRIDE dues, which are a separate dues stream ostensibly for
community outreach projects in local districts but are really an effort to
influence local school board politics.”

Francine Santos is Being Rewarded for Clapping Like a Trained Seal at Board Meetings...
Francine Santos claps like a seal after hearing really bad (not proficient) test scores.
She claps like a seal for conflicts of interest and circumventing the law.
She claps like a seal when corrupt politicians defend nepotism.
She claps like a seal for Frank Quatrone's illegal golden parachute .
She claps like a seal for everything moronic.
Francine Santos gets rewarded financially for clapping like a seal as shown on the Board's monthly payroll.
Is This Fran Santos' Daughter Appearing on the August 2023 Lodi BOE Payroll? More Nancy Nepotism?
Was this summer cash opportunity offered to district employees before it was offered to Nancy Cardone's niece?
What type of LEA President (Francine Santos) would take an opportunity away from district employees to enrich her daughter? A self-serving and deal-dealing one.
Nicholas Cipriano's Contract Expired June 30, 2023. I Have a Hard Time Understanding the $24,118.42 Payment to Cipriano in August.
Link to Cipriano's Labor Agreement:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZF8PFFxfXULLXJqG404vi9pe9Teeu4xX/view?usp=sharing
The only mention in the contract of "separation" payments that could possible apply to Cipriano has to do with vacation days. The $16,826.75 payment on August 15, 2023 would have to be for the full 25 vacation days. Take the $175,000 annual salary, divide by 260, and then multiply by 25. Is the Lodi BOE really going to try to claim that Cipriano never used one vacation day?
